Founded in 2004 under the guiding principles of Bailey Dunford, Keary Kohler and Vaun Kohler, North Star HVAC was founded with for the purpose of providing owners and customers with the highest level of service, for a fair price, performed in an efficient manor while providing an exciting and rewarding career for their employees.  

The name North Star HVAC was chosen in part because of the founders’ belief that the North Star is constant and unchanging, and the name itself represents a path,  direction, and consistency.  The ideals of fulfilment and direction continue still today, nearly twenty years later.  While the construction industry has changed greatly in the years since our founding, our values remain the same.
